Shipping policy

Our processing time depends on the items ordered. For ready to ship items, they will be shipped within 3 business days. For custom items, they will be shipped within 14 business days. Processing time does not include shipping time. 

Shipping time depends on the shipping category you choose at checkout. Economy 5-8 business days, Standard is 3-5 business days, and Express is 1-2 business days. 

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. We ask that you contact the shipping company to file a claim, as well as contacting us at info@mailasstitches.com or maliasstitches@gmail.com so we can do our part to help with the claim.
